In a world in which it's inevitable that countries are going to boose their populations, what you need to be doing is doing everything you can to significantly ramp up. Infrustratingly, tragically, um supply shortages of vaccines aren't the only problem. There is now vaccine hesitance global aly. There are last mile problems of distribution to get accines into arms.
