The idea to go into ESRI, is there something that came from you? Or did it come from some sort of leader? And did you call ESRI at the time? Yeah, there was definitely some iteration. So what happened was that book got published. One of the authors was Tom Lomenshelli, who was formerly a Google SRE. He provided a view into this world that prior the tech industry had no idea what ESRI was. It was a purely insular thing to Google.
