What Is Restorative Justice?

restorative justice practices involve the full gamet from things that are rooted in community building and dialogue, all the way up to addressing incidents of harm. Restorative justice seeks to first go through a process of initial consent, to say, ok, based on what we know, what data tells us is effective, is this incident of harm appropriate for a restorative process? Right? So tat everything is says no. What i would say, maybe everything is. But we don't necessarily have data that shows us. And so we're really trying to target that and remedying that. This is not squishy. This is really data driven. Absolutely, yes.
