You Change Your Mind Set, Your World Changes
Growth comes from taking on 100 % responsibility for what happens to you. And i think the greed comes from assigning 100% responsibility to other people. El says that even though they have predominant growth mind set, there's one aspect of their life where they've taken the greed mine set. The first thing is o have a massiv commitment that i'm going to change. I'm going for growth all the way. Once they make that commitment, then they've got to have the courage and the determination and the persistence to keep going through that transformation.
