The Importance of Being Productive

A day in which we don't accomplish everything on our list is an unproductive one. I truly believe that true productivity isn't about checking tasks off the list or achieving the most awards or accolades. It's not about doing the most stuff. You know any one of those things can lead to us feeling in a bad mood and depressed or down about the way a day turned out. We need to rethink what it means to be productive.
