What's Good or Bad Bullying?

Bullying is a type of inter personal aggression where someone with some type of power abuses that pow or to inflict pain on a subordinate target. Usually people are bullied for things they can't change about themselves, like being poor, having a different religion or walking weird. Sometimes groups will gang up on someone to bully someone, because having superior numbers is atype of power. Bullies also arises in work places, which is called work place mobbing, or on the internet, which is known as saber bullying.
