A bill that had been proposed abbey, where they were looking at trying to make 15 units per acre within a mile of transit allowed as of right sothat there wouldn't be like, a big public hearing, in a big fight about it. That bill was recently tabled. It never even made it out to the committee for a vote. There is a lot of fearand maybe in some cases, unjustified fear, about changes that might be as subtle as going to three and four unit places near transit. People are really worried about how that might change the character of their neighborhood. And if you actually look up the the outcome of the development, these town homes are gorgeous.
