The Problem With Bicarbonate Rich Mineral Waters

There have been studies looking at just drinking bi carbonate waters in basicallyl physically physical contact sports. The problemss the acute doses are so high that a lot of times it can cause more gastro intestinal issues than that outweigh any type of performance benefit and recovery benefit you would get. So i'm more of a fan of actually slowly building up your bicarbonate stores over weeks by simply either drinking bicarbonated waters, or consuming 2-3 leaders per day.
