You could have an assistant that logs in with somebody each day and make sure they're okay. Already in New Zealand, there is automatic sign language for the deaf community. You might have an assistant sitting in on a Zoom call that you can ask to help book future things or take notes. People when asked traditionally say, I wouldn't like that.
