You've also said that we need to build up in our societies and more nuanced understanding of how algorithms think or think in inverted commas. For instance, they often think more like their creators than we would imagine. How are we going to be able to compensate for that if we are placing more and more decisions in the hands of what you've effectively described as a kind of digitized recipe? Yeah, so there is a lot of nuance here. But I will say this, that bias is coming from real biases that past decision makers have made. It's not like the AI is more biased than humans. It's really reflecting the biases that are already in the system.
