I don't really know a lot about what it means to kind of move up in a firm or what's different positions. And I was wondering if you could talk a little bit about that. Most consulting firms have four levels and they're sub leveled, but really the four levels do something different. The training that the firm gives you kind of surpasses what you would get at a larger organization.
