Public Wealth Funds and Privatization
The idea that, well, you want the public people then say public equals government, it does not equal government necessarily. So these are oftentimes called urban wealth funds playing off of the notion of sovereign wealth funds. But that is not a privatization. That is saying we have public assets and we are going to manage those public assets in a way that is professionally managed with the expectation that it generates a return.
