I think that's actually not overly formalized, to be honest. I think also don't forget we are not that big corporate ship yet. So I think both for corporate strategy and for product strategy, you can fit all people that need to come together into one group now. We have a pretty clear and good intuitive understanding of where our strengths currently are and where we like capabilities that we need to build up. If you have built that big of a domain knowledge and domain expertise in, let's say, the heating space as we did over the last year, it's just obvious. But where we are still lacking behind.
