How to Monitor the Healthiness of a Cloud Service

monitoring is a key component in wilding any application, you know, in the cloud. So health is the first thing you want to check out prolly and so that's like a real end point running on the sofa. The instrumentation libory where you coulda instrument for metrics, and you would expose at separate endpoint. And then the question was, ok, how do we scrape this data, and where do we collect it? How do we storeed, read or cure it? This is where prometheus got invented with instrumentation,. which still exists but i'm not sure if there's java time anymore.
