The Story of Paul's First Year at Manzanar Prison

During his first year at Manzanar, Paul writes dispatches to the Bainbridge Island community. By 1943, he is greenlit to leave the internment camp and go to school in Chicago. The next year, he's recruited into the military intelligence service. In 1945, three months after the end of World War II, Manzanar is finally shut down.
