What's Going to Be Like?
In Ephesians chapter 3, Paul prays: "For this reason I bow my knees before the Father" When's the last time you prayed anything remotely close to that for someone else? Been a pastor for almost 30 years. If you're not praying for your people by name, then don't do anything else. The other stuff, I don't care if you're a terrible preacher, oh well, they can podcast, you know, get on your knees for your people.
