Anthony Novak created a parody police Facebook page. He was arrested on Good Friday and spent four days in jail before being bailed out. The story of his arrest made national news, but he wasn't charged with any crime. In 2017, Anthony filed a lawsuit against the city of Parma and the police officers who investigated him.
