The Problem With Role Models for Girls
I'm actually trying to find some really good female role models for the podcast and it's quite hard to do that out here. There is a lot of successful smart women but they don't want to raise their voice or be on the camera. I have our friends got a big following very smart very intelligent and they're just like they're avoiding it so why are you not doing it? We've reached out to them and suggested we have reached out to a few people who would love to talk with us about this issue. If you leave a vacuum for role models then there will be more opportunities for girls as well.
