Harvard's Race Conscious Admissions Process
Students for fair admissions, the UNC and students for fair admissions are challenging two different affirmative action programs. One at Harvard, the other at the University of North Carolina. The question there is whether race conscious admissions policies violate the equal protection clause. And frankly, this one's sort of a done deal like there's just no way the conservatives uphold state school affirmative action.
