Lawson: What Psalm 119 is about is the love for God's word. He says a fictitious husband asked how much time does he have to spend with his wife. Lawson asks, do you see her as the apple of your eye? Is she like your bride? Do you seek it? Do you cherish it? DoYou want it? That's the bigger question.
Some guys have a reputation for tossing out the written instructions and trying to build things out on their own. While that might work when you’re putting a bike together at Christmas, it's never a great way to walk through life. In His grace, our heavenly Father has given us an instruction manual for living His way. The Bible is our field guide for a successful and satisfying life. We'll talk about what makes this ancient book so relevant in today's culture—and why you really can't be the father you were designed to be without digging deep into its message and doing what it says. Thanks for 100 episodes! We wouldn't have the chance to share this message if it wasn't for you.
