Every team is looking to close gaps, effectively, quantifiable gaps that we may have. And so think about wanting to cover new surface area with content. They would then work with other eseme teams to see whether there is ways in which they could further take this traffic further down the funnel and make a full fledge business case on why a particular surface area needs to be resourced.

Archana joined Airtable last year after 7 years at Atlassian, where she eventually became the company’s Head of Enterprise and Cloud Marketing. She also sits on the board for MongoDB and Zendesk.
