Do you really need to buy a house? And then what are the other uses for that capital? Yes, this is the one. Doedn't say they're impossible. But when you start talking about four or five bedroom houses, they're harder to find. Now, just from a life style perspective, if i decide i want to be somewhere for 20 years, ah, do I want to be renting for 20 years and have to move between houses? Or is it i want that like permanent base? So they're all open questions.
