The Relationship Between Architecture and Culture

Architects spend six to ten years making extremely precise decisions about buildings. Buildings are very precise, but the way they perform is not in a determinis way. Are we come into contact with buildings through their assemblage and therefore the kind of effects that it emits? So i'm actually not interested in random ness. I would take away the word random ness completely.
