The Betrayal of the Beggar
Robin cracked the beggar once on the head and he dropped like a sack of potatoes. The man awoke with a concussion, but wasn't bleeding. Robin grabbed the skin of ale and squirted some in his face and into his mouth. Before long, the beggar was filling robin's purse with gold. He said that not even his own wife would recognize him now he was going into the city to live it up while the gold lasted.
