Do You Put Yourself First?

One staggering statistic that i got from you at a point in time near is that forty one percent of the tasks we put in our day are low value, i think you call them now. So my time with aa will go in my calendar first. I always get this excuse from people when they hear this: "What if my bos needs me?" And yet, why don't we keep our commitments to ourselves? We're the most important person in our life. Yet, things that we need for proper care and maintenance, exercise, rest, proper nutrition, prayer, meditation, whatever it is,. somehow s at the expense of everything else.
