The Importance of Dietary Quality in Weight Loss
Eating saturated fat, eating animal fats will not raise saturated fat or palmetalliac acid in your bloodstream. That is a misconception and something to be very careful of when you are listening to other research. The best way to construct a diet is to focus on the animal foods. Get organs, either fresh or desiccated like we make it hard in soil. And get fruit, I believe that's the least toxic plant food because it wants to get eaten.
