Hedge Funds Made 1.5 Billion in Profit From Ukraine War Food Price Spike

A newspaper article that came out probably in the last 24 hours or so in the English newspaper called The Guardian. It says top 10 hedge funds made 1.5 billion in profit from Ukraine war food price spike. And then it goes on to say analysis covering first quarter of last year raises questions over the role of speculators in inflation food prices. Now, of course Q1 last year has been conveniently chosen as a period because it's an article written by I think a quote unquote activist of some sort who wanted to make a point. But here's the important point. When you look at a chart, it looks like that trend following strategies would generally have gotten long a lot of these grains
