I think one of the biggest things that community offers there is the customer or community members perspective, right? So you're going to build this ladder. They need to be a part of building that. There's a big listening element in any community and everything that you do, you have an opportunity to build with them. I just feel like you can't ask for a better opportunity than having people in the community that want to provide feedback.
