A group of House Democrats want the Biden administration to ease sanctions on Venezuela. John Avlon: Their naivete here is quite staggering. He says it was communist president Nicholas Maduro who ran this country into the ground by stealing from the people. Avlon: The assumption that the people would actually benefit from this instead of the regime is the most infuriating part here.
