There's no reason to think that quantum effects might be implicated in the human brain. So I'm not entirely sure what you mean by quantum prediction, but predicting the growth of knowledge is inherently impossible. The idea that quantum theory has kind of mystical that justifies various traditional mystical ideas always comes from mistakes about quantum theory. It doesn't come the real world doesn't implement those.
