How to Enable Your Junior Talent to Drive Change
If you're acquiring a company that doesn't have a performance driven culture, some strategic hires can influence the culture to become or performance driven. You've got to have some key stake holders who are the most influential people in that business and joining up with them to expand whatever that result is that you're trying to drive. I think it's important that these senior leaders who have a junior son on thertime also help those junior leaders understand that they have the capability that they have,. let's call it the leash. They have enough leash to play with to drive some change.
