Asinhibition in Advanced Heart Failure

I think the effectiveness of asinhibition in advanced heart failure is incredibly dramatic, right? These are patients that otherwise would have months to live and you can really extend it out. I usually get by with three doses a week. Not always. It varies from patient to patient. And these are patients with GFRs. Typically they were in less than 20. They're not saying we're doing this to try to keep them on their Val Sartin or whatever. We're already trying to avoid that completely.
