I often suggest to people that make kindness a practice practice thinking kind thought it's about people you know if you find yourself about to say something about someone stop for a minute and even just make an attempt. Not always successful but oftentimes it will make you feel a little bit more kind towards the person. I think if we develop little practices then kindness becomes a habit so that it's the go to. The way in which you interact with people becomes gentle and more warm because it becomes your way.
