The Problem With Procrastination and Application in Learning Teams

In some ways, in this study, you sort of see that it actually makes the overall perception of performance worse. Rather than just thinking management doing nothing, now you actually know that management is not doing anything. And I think there's particularly two of things like learning teams. You have a small group of people that have been consulted. Is that what everyone wants and will it cause other problems? That's why organizations have processes for just not randomly implementing changes. If you've got one process that is designed to generate expectations of change, and another process that's designed to slow down and check changes, then no one's going to be happy.
