Sally Kohn: Perks are just something that is taken for granted and has zero impact on culture. You can have them as long as everything else is in place, right? Yeah. The only thing that they do really is that they start creating entitlement because people will not join a company anymore if certain perks are not in place. But you can see another family that is very rich where the kids are aligned with the core values,. They're aligned with the mission of the family and they have the same toys. She says it's important for every level and for every type of function that you're in to get peer support.
