Back Pocketing Success
This is what we were talking about with Eric Tivers on the show a couple of weeks back, right? This is back pocketing success. There's that executive function going on of hard to get started, but also hard to follow through. And then when you do end up procrastinating or you put it in your back bucket, then we're not happy with the results. We don't feel good about it. Then it lowers our confidence and self-worth and all of that. It really creates people to have extreme and impossible expectations.
