Is the Fed Tightening a Good Time to Buy a Home?

If we see continued tightening on the short run of the curve, that may actually help housing. Our interest rates, like I said before, were in the high fives here. We'll probably remain in this range. But other things that they're buying in life may see an increase still in interest rate. So it could be a good time to invest in a home.
