The Implications of Race in Higher Learning
The Constitution is fun stuff. And I zone out when it comes to standing before the court. That stuff never interests me. Well, this is moot. In the last jury mandarin case, Clarence Thomas was like 80% of his dissent was this has no standing. He didn't get into whether the reasoning was good or not. It shouldn't have been here at all. The government doesn't want you to go to court and hold its feet to the fire about whether its actions are constitutional. They're just going to fight you on the standing. So I love a standing. There's plenty of law for us all to sink our teeth into.
