"I have yet to meet somebody that either wouldn't benefit from a coach or isn't currently benefiting from a coach," he says. "It's amazing to me personally, the people who reach out to me to help with this line of work and part of my business." He adds: "As leaders, we need to lead with all of our body parts,. Not just the brain, but the heart, the soul, the guts, the ears, the eyes".
