Are You a Younger Marketer Getting Into Demand Generation?

There's definitely a way to go about this transformation that isn't as drastic as maybe it sounds. There are smaller things too, like in other organizations before I was at Refine Labs, we always had a line item in our marketing budget called a slush fund. You can stand up even if you don't necessarily have immediate buy in from your leadership team. The power is all in like perception. And if they can get the ball starting, you can help them get the ball rolling. Other people will see it and start to take notice and follow suit.
