How to Share the Heaviness of the Work

I worry that it's almost like we're not allowed to feel joy these days. I would say even nine or 10 years ago, you could carry most of that stuff. So you have to find people who you can share the heaviness with. You have to hold space. There's a E.E. Cummings quote that I thought of when we were talking about students as sacred. And so how do we acknowledge that and hold space for that to be present?
