Do You Have a Best Practice?
Most of the time I see that sellers are not really knowing how to address their support. If you're raising a case, ideally tell them how to do it. Do some research first or if you're on our team, we've done it many times before. Can you please let us know when you've done it and then never let the case close because all that KPIs and metrics are based on closing cases.
