The Importance of Silent Meditation

Dan Harris went on a 10 day silent meditation retreat. He says it was the happiest 36 hours of his life where he was dragged into kicking and screaming into the present moment. It's all about seeing you know especially in a Buddhist community we are just constantly cycling through these mind states, which is to abide by whatever is coming up in your mind. The Buddha says nothing lasts everything is impermanent but as the Buddha saysNothing lasts everything is Impermanable.
