Lenin's Eskra Party
All but five of the 57 attending delegates were eskra agents. The akrana knew all about this meeting, even if they couldn't stop it from happening. But hardly anything got done in brussels. Worried that they might be arrested and deported, they all decided to reconvene in london. Lenin believed that it must remained a closed organization of full time, dedicated revolutionaries. Martov was willing to be more open and inclusive.
