Zappos co-founder Tony shay was a great, genuine guy who truly cared so much about other people and his friends and his customers. The company he founded sold for 850 million to amazon in 2005. He wrote a book about happiness: treat your employees extraordinarily well; pay them to leave if they're not happy. Zappos had a big party culture but literal parties and a lot of alcohol were part of the culture.
