Matt Spermeon: WebAssembly was originally designed to target the browser and take high level languages compiled to WebAssembly. We're starting to now see a expansion of runtimes available outside of the browser, he says. It's just taking a normal amount of time for a technology adoption curve for developers to see these opportunities to run WebAssembly elsewhere, Matt adds.
