Doak First vs Doax?
The one population that we would say, do not use a doac first are the patients with the anti posphilipidana body cyndrum. There's a signal that if you use doax in these patients they're actually at an increased risk of recurrent thrombosis,. Both venus and arterial, as compared to the vitem an c antagonist. And in this of patients, there was no reduction in the risk of bleeding. So the bleeding risk is the same as with the vitema antagonist.
