The Role of Government in Subsidizing Technical Talent
I think finding deep technical talent and being able to work with them for a long time is a huge challenge. We have moved to starting paying what are now pretty reasonable salaries by the least by the nonprofit world. It's still the case that like compared to for-profits, you just, it's very hard to compete. Do you feel like there's a role for government to step in and maybe create some extra tax write-offs for people that work at nonprofits? I mean, governments already do subsidize it insofar as they subsidize the donations. So they could go further with that.
