The Importance of Age in Politics
Labour's new MP for North Yorkshire, Cures Thamer, won a by-election last night. He is the third Labour leader to be elected as an MP in three decades. The boundary changes that will happen to be an insitable favour Labour at the next year. Some Conservatives were perhaps hoping that an element of the kicking they got here was to do with the nature of the by-election that was here.
