What Is Your Metaphorical Rope?

In a parable, an elephant is shackled by a rope around one of its legs connected to something and that's what is holding them in place. These elephants don't even realize their constraints are self-imposed. And if you take a step back if you look at your own world I think there are more of these ropes than we would like to admit.
